Riverwalk Landing construction broke ground in January, 2021. Due to global supply chain issues and an unusually rainy spring and summer in 2022, the Grand Opening for Riverwalk Landing is now slated for January 2023. Construction is humming along well, with the underground water and sewer lines recently installed and the streets for the community going in late Summer 2022.
Phase 1* amenities include the Community Clubhouse and Pool, Riverwalk Social Grill & Tiki Bar, stocked fishing pond, onsite boat, RV, and mini-storage, tiny home park models for weekend visits, limited RV pads, and sites for all new-construction manufactured homes. The sales center located on US Highway 331 is scheduled to open in Fall, 2022. A Franklin Home (Cottage Series) and a Scotbilt Home will soon be located on the center. As required for the Park, these homes are end-loaded with a front porch and upgraded skirting.
Ten Park models are under construction. Once completed they will be located at the northeast entrance to the park and will be open for rentals with a three-night minimum to allow potential purchasers to spend a weekend with us and get familiar with the Park and the South Walton area.
A Prospectus for the Park has been approved by the Division of Condominiums, Land Sales and Mobile Homes. The Prospectus has been posted here, along with Frequently Asked Questions with an initial price list and other community documents.
We are now taking reservations for pad rentals in the Park. To reserve your home location, please view the Reservation Agreement here. During the construction period, the first 50 people to reserve will receive a 10%discount for two years on their rent.
